The development of a concept from theory to practice results in a series of steps, from defining objectives to collecting data, from analyzing problems to their solution. LU.MAR. is able to support the customer and the design studios in this process of identifying the solution, or, if necessary, is structured to carry out the entire procedure independently. From the concept, to the preliminary project, up to the final and executive project, we shape an idea in progress in a constant and continuous relationship with our customers, or working in complete autonomy to deliver the turnkey product to them. Finally, together with the completion of the works, the design and consultancy process ends with the graphic rendering of the state created (AS-BUILT) and with the drafting of the Declaration of Conformity pursuant to Ministerial Decree 37/08 and the necessary documentation for the conclusion of the practices related to the plant interventions carried out.
DOGANA D'ACQUA
The restored Dogana d’Acqua, created in 1841 in Livorno by order of the Grand Duke Leopold II of Lorraine, is set to become a high technologies pole for logistics. Thanks to LU.MAR. the entire building, in the respect of the historical context of Lorenesi walls in which it is inserted, will provide adequate climate and lighting comfort while minimizing energy consumption, thus reducing the emission of pollutants. This objective will be achieved through the use of innovative products (for example, LED light fixtures) and of the integrated control system of the plants (for example, presence detectors and dimming with protocol for lighting).
